DIGITAL DESIGN

student bio

I am from Bogotá Colombia and move to Colorado 12 years ago. As a designer I excel at creative problem solving using skills in graphic design, motion graphics and photography. I am seeking opportunities where design and technology can be used to share stories that inspire the masses.

With the amount of content being consumed at an all-time high, I believe it is more important than ever to provide innovative digital ideas that will provide unique solutions. I am always looking for opportunities that help me grow and learn from those as much as I can.

I started school studying Graphic Design at the University Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogotá, Colombia before moving to United States in the early 2000’s. I earned an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Having learned most of the static and printed techniques to be successful in the design world, I felt that my need to continue learning and growing had not been fulfilled. I am currently studying Digital Design at the University of Colorado in Denver and will be graduating in the summer of 2017.
I am grateful to have the opportunity of walking this path. I am eager to find opportunities that allow me to use and develop my skill set. I am versed in all aspects of digital design, with a focus on Graphic Design, Branding, photography and UX/UI Research. While I use a variety of different materials, mediums and techniques in each project, my methodology is consistent. I take great pride on the time and attention to detail that I put on every project.
