Brandon Cahill

DIGITAL DESIGN

student bio

Who am I? I’m Brandon, you know the lovable redhead. I was born and raised in a town called Temecula a small town in California. I developed a love for graphics at an undersized and overpopulated high school in Temecula called Chaparral High School. I gained the appreciation of photo manipulation in Photography class and went on to take a graphic design class that sparked the creativity that still encapsulated me.

I graduated in 2013 and decided to attend the University of Colorado Denver. The skills I have acquired have shaped my skills and the person I am today.

artist statement

My body of work is composed of a wide range of skills, including branding, print design, motion and 3d graphics. With my current skill set I am hoping to get into the motion graphics field, preferably in 3d motion graphics. I am currently experimenting with virtual reality and augmented reality. Pushing the boundaries for art and its use in the world is what I am striving for, and I am hoping I am going to be able to make a name for myself in this arising industry.
