artist statement

After being re-released into society following 4 long years at the University of Colorado Denver, Dan has scouted the galaxy in search of design jobs that would help him enhance his abilities and become a better man. Outfitted with his trusty cargo shorts and the sense of adventure. Dan's perseverance, along with his can-do attitude, makes him an ideal candidate for any design challenge thrown his way. As you may have gathered from his writing, Dan prefers to live on the brighter side of life. Nothing should be without an element of fun. That means that not every art project needs to express deep meaning or make you think about life. Art, too, should be fun! It should be exciting! It should take the viewer on an adventure and allow them to escape from their everyday; mundane lives...be it just for a moment. It is important to take what you do seriously. Work with passion and purpose, but don’t ever take yourself too seriously.
